4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of the total project cost will be due upon acceptance of the quotation once we have met with you to discuss your plans, based on the scope of the quotation and work needed.
• Progress payments will be invoiced at agreed-upon stages throughout the project.
• The final payment will be due upon project completion and your satisfaction.
• We accept payment via MasterCard and Visa online securely and also bank wires to our business account.

5. Project Timelines

• Estimated project timelines will be included in the quotation.
• Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material delays, adverse weather conditions) may impact timelines. We will promptly inform you of any delays and revised timelines.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals before the project commences. Delays caused by missing permits will not be the Company's responsibility.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• We offer a warranty period on all workmanship.
• Warranties are limited to defects in workmanship and do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues arising from faulty materials provided by the client.
